RETURNS REFUNDS

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to products purchased from the AEGISMAX website.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or refund requests are accepted only in cases where a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing or quality defect.

Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper care, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund.


2. Quality Issues and Defective Products

If a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing or quality defect:

  • We will accept the return or repair request

  • We will cover the round-trip shipping costs

  • A refund, replacement, or repair will be arranged at our discretion

All requests are subject to inspection and confirmation.


3. Non-Returnable Situations

The following situations are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Damage caused by improper use or maintenance

  • Accidental damage or external force

  • Normal wear and tear or natural aging of materials

  • Products that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized parties


4. Return Request Process

To request a return, refund, or repair, customers must:

  2. Provide valid proof of purchase

  3. Describe the issue and, if requested, provide supporting photos or information

No returns will be accepted without prior approval.


5. Refund Method

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and is outside of our direct control.


6. Warranty Reference

Our products are covered by a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

7. Shipping Costs

  • For confirmed quality or manufacturing defects, we cover the round-trip shipping costs

  • For non-eligible return requests, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
